Features for Your Customers
Support Forum
Customers will be able to ask questions on per-product support forum. Sellers can restrict its viewing to customers only. Customers can post questions as an open or private, so questions can be kept confidential if necessary.
Documentations
You can host your documentations on Kunoichi. You can choose to set the documents to be viewable only to your customers.
Flexible Payment Options
We provide prompt transaction operation powered by Stripe, with flexible payment options such as one-time-fee, subscription, activation key, etc.
Cost
- You will receive around 70% of the selling price.
- You will have to pay additional of 3.5% for the payment transaction fee.
- Special rates for exclusivity and/or moving from another marketplace. Please contact us for more details.

- Once you start selling your items on our market, there will be some liability as part of seller’s responsibility to the buyers.
- Please read our help documents first, before registering.
- Currently, Stripe account is required, in order to receive the payments. Please obtain Stripe account first.
- We are considering a method of payment which do not require the Stripe account. Please let us know for any related requests.
